DFestival 2025 is the inaugural edition of a bold international piano festival founded by Hin-Sing Au, who also serves as its Operations Director. Set in the scenic coastal city of Quanzhou, China, the festival is designed to cultivate the next generation of pianists through immersive learning, elite mentorship, and global artistic exchange.

Under Hin-Sing’s leadership, DFestival offers a comprehensive and enriching musical experience that bridges high-level instruction with real-world performance opportunities. The festival gathers esteemed pianists and professors from top conservatories worldwide to provide in-depth training and professional insight.

Festival highlights include:

  • Private one-on-one piano lessons with internationally acclaimed faculty


  • Masterclasses and evening studio classes fostering performance skills and peer feedback


  • Concerto performance opportunities with Quartet Daedalus:
    • Full concerto (Elite Intensive)
    • First movement (Prime Advanced)


  • Participation in the 2025 International DMasters Piano Competition (IDPC)


  • Seminars and lectures on career development, international study, and musical interpretation


  • Faculty forums on competitions, festivals, and the concept of "D"


  • Improvisation Lab lead by professors from Tianjin Juilliard School


  • Multiple performance platforms, including solo recitals and chamber music concert, and concerto concerts
